Description:
This comprehensive Lacrosse-focused camp is a great place for your child to refine skills. This camp is the centerpiece
in delivering a quality experience for kids ages 6-12. The unique and popular game of lacrosse combines skills used in
soccer, basketball, and hockey. Athletes will learn all the fundamental skills, including stick handling, cradling,
passing, and shooting, in a no-checking environment. Athletes will test and improve these skills through game-speed
drills and exercises focused on fun. Every athlete will come away with a deep understanding of the game and its traditions.
Ability:
The Intermediate ability level is a comprehensive camp that focuses on developing a young player by refining his or her
skills. These camps are taught through fast-paced drills, skill-building exercises, and game-speed scrimmages in a more
competitive environment. Emphasis is placed on mastering the rules and etiquette. The player needs to have a basic
understanding of the game and its skills. Previous participation in a Skyhawks Sports Develop camp or playing in a
league or club should suffice.
Included With Purchase:

Pierce had a wonderful introduction to Lacrosse. That says a lot about his coaches, Andy and Keith. They were great!
Need I say more? Pierce wants to keep on playing so now I am looking for a lacrosse team/club locally. Thanks!
